Standard package terms.
£299 setup. £100 monthly care from launch. No minimum term; 30 days’ written notice to cancel.
This is the current standard wording, version 2026-11-01-v3. It does not place an order. Your proposal identifies the legal supplier, agreed pages, provider costs, tax treatment and delivery target before you sign. Online ordering remains unavailable until those details and payment arrangements are ready.
1. Your agreement
These terms apply to your business order with the supplier identified in your proposal, trading as Graft & Click. Your signed submission is a request to order the standard package. We confirm acceptance and the delivery target in writing before work starts. If we cannot accept your order, any setup payment is refunded in full. A general enquiry does not place an order or start a subscription.
2. Setup and monthly payments
The £299 setup fee is payable before work begins. Monthly care costs £100, payable in advance from the agreed launch date and monthly thereafter. Graft & Click is not VAT registered. No VAT is charged on our fees. Domain registration, renewals and mailbox subscriptions are additional, with costs agreed before purchase. We will not order chargeable extras without your approval.
3. What setup includes
A mobile-friendly brochure website of up to five agreed pages; your supplied branding, services, coverage areas and photographs; website wording, page titles and basic local search optimisation; agreed contact links and an enquiry form; two rounds of consolidated revisions before launch; domain connection and matching email setup assistance; and setup or improvement of an eligible Google Business Profile.
We aim to provide the first version within 7-10 working days after receiving the agreed content and access. This is a target; we confirm the schedule in writing before work starts.
4. What monthly care includes
Hosting, SSL, backup management, monthly website availability and enquiry-form checks, and 30 minutes of small website updates per month. Small updates include changes to existing wording, supplied photographs or contact details. Unused time does not roll over. Additional pages, redesigns and new functionality require a separate quotation.
We also prepare one Google Business Profile post per monthly batch of usable job photographs and notes, and upload suitable supplied photographs. Posts are separate from the website update allowance and depend on an eligible, verified profile, suitable content and Google's approval.
5. What we need from you
Provide accurate business information, timely feedback and required access. Approve the website before launch and ensure you have permission to use supplied photos, logos, reviews and other content, including identifiable customers or private properties. Send job photos and notes monthly. If usable material is not supplied, that period's post may be missed; monthly care and fees continue. You answer customer enquiries and complete provider identity or business verification.
6. Ownership and access
Your domain is registered in your or your business's name. You own your supplied content and remain primary owner of your Google Business Profile. Once the setup fee is paid, you receive a perpetual right to use and adapt the delivered website for your business, including through another developer. We retain our reusable templates, tools and pre-existing code. Third-party materials remain subject to their licences. Any material transfer restrictions will be explained before order acceptance; if these are unsuitable, you may withdraw and receive a full setup refund.
7. Cancellation
Monthly care has no minimum term. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice by email. Service and charges continue to the end of that notice. A final partial month is charged proportionately; overpayments are refunded. If you cancel the build before launch, we charge only for completed work and approved non-recoverable costs, up to the setup fee unless you authorised extra work. The remaining setup payment is refunded.
8. Moving to another provider
One standard handover is included without an exit fee: available website source files, customer content and relevant configuration information, excluding private credentials and unrelated customer information. We identify replacement hosting or services needed. Technical setup elsewhere may be necessary; the site cannot necessarily be imported into another website builder. Migration, rebuilding and additional assistance are quoted separately. We agree a handover date before hosting ends.
9. Missed payments
If payment fails, we contact you and allow seven calendar days to resolve it. If still unpaid, we may suspend managed services after a further seven days' written notice. Suspension does not transfer ownership of your domain or Google profile to us. Customer content is not deleted immediately because payment fails. Tell us promptly about disputed invoices; undisputed amounts remain payable.
10. Support and service limits
Email hello@graftandclick.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge requests within two working days, Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays. Completion depends on the request. We exercise reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted third-party hosting, Google approval, search positions, leads or sales. Emergency and round-the-clock support are not included. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes and personal information
Extra work needs written agreement on scope and price. We give at least 30 days' notice of proposed monthly price changes, allowing cancellation before they take effect. Personal information is used to deliver and administer the service as explained in our privacy notice. Where we process your customers' personal data on your behalf, the agreement must include the necessary data-processing arrangements before that processing starts.
