FROM FIRST CHAT TO FORTNIGHTLY UPDATES

Here’s how it works.

One point of contact.
A clear job for each of us.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your business

Send your business name, phone number, trade, services and the towns you cover. Add your logo and a few job photos if you have them. Already have a website, domain or Google profile? Tell us, so we can work with what you have.

    You: share your details once.

We: organise the information and agree the scope, costs and timetable.

  2. 02

    We sort out the setup

We arrange your domain connection, help set up your business email and build a mobile-friendly website of up to five pages. We write clear wording from your information, add your photos and set up the ways customers can contact you.

You: confirm the business information and grant the access needed.

We: handle the website and technical setup.

  3. 03

You check it. We get it ready to launch.

We send you a first version to check. Make sure your services, contact details and photos are right, then send your feedback. Two rounds of revisions are included. We aim for a first version within 7–10 working days of receiving the complete brief and content; your agreed timetable comes first.

You: review the website and approve the final version.

We: make agreed changes, test the website and connect your domain.

  4. 04

We prepare your Google Business Profile

We set up or improve your eligible business profile with accurate services, contact details, photos and areas covered. If you already have a profile, we request manager access instead of creating a duplicate.

You: remain the primary owner and complete any verification Google requires.

We: guide you through verification and manage the agreed profile updates.

  5. 05

Every fortnight, send us your latest work

Email a small selection of clear job photos, the type of job, the town and one or two lines about what you did. Rough notes are fine. You do not need to write a polished post, edit a website or learn any software.

You: send photos and a few useful details every two weeks.

We: choose suitable images, write the wording and prepare the updates.

  6. 06

We keep your business up to date

For each fortnightly batch of usable content, we create one Google Business Profile post and upload suitable supplied photos, subject to Google approval. We also refresh your website with selected work within your monthly allowance, while looking after hosting, backups and routine checks.

You: carry on with your trade and tell us if anything changes.

We: publish the updates and confirm what has been completed.

YOUR FORTNIGHTLY JOB

A few photos.
A few words.
That’s enough.

Send this every two weeks. We take care of the writing and uploading.

  • 3–10 clear photos from one or two recent jobs.
  • What you did: a new roof, bathroom refit, boiler installation or other work.
  • The town or general area — no customer address needed.
  • Any useful detail: materials, finish or a problem you solved.
  • Anything you want us to leave out.

Only send photos you own or have permission to use. Keep customers, children, addresses and private details out of shot unless the necessary permission has been given. We can help choose suitable images.

THE QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT BE ASKING

Everything else, explained.

Do I need to know anything about websites?

No. We handle the build, wording, setup and agreed updates. You provide accurate business details, check the first website and send recent job photos. We explain any access or verification steps in plain English.

How do I send my photos?

Email hello@graftandclick.co.uk with your business name, job type, town and a short description. Send original photos where possible. If the files are too large, ask us for an agreed way to share them. There is no customer portal to learn.

How much should I send every fortnight?

Around 3–10 clear photos from one or two jobs is a useful starting point. Include a finished view and before or during pictures where you have them. We select the images that best explain the work; not every photo needs to be published.

What if I have no new photos or I am on holiday?

Just let us know. Your hosting and routine website care continue. We can discuss an accurate service update using approved existing material. We will not invent a completed job, and unused website update time does not roll over.

Do you upload every photo to my website?

We choose the most useful photos and add selected work to existing pages or galleries. Up to 30 minutes of small website updates is included each month. New project pages, large galleries or larger changes are priced and agreed before work begins.

Do I have to approve every Google post?

We agree your publishing preferences when you join. You can authorise routine posts based on your supplied job details, or ask to review drafts first. New offers, prices and claims need your confirmation. Draft approval delays can affect the publishing date.

Can you do Google verification for me?

We guide you, but Google may require action only you can complete, such as recording a verification video or providing evidence of your business. Publication also depends on Google accepting your profile and content. We cannot bypass those checks.

Who owns the domain and Google profile?

Your domain is registered in your name and you remain the primary owner of your Google Business Profile. We manage the agreed work with your permission. Website ownership, licences, cancellation and handover arrangements are confirmed in your written agreement.

Are domain and email costs included in £100 a month?

Domain registration, renewal and mailbox subscriptions are separate provider charges, agreed before you commit. We coordinate the setup and agreed renewal arrangements, so you know what is due and who pays it. Existing working services can usually be retained.

Will you answer my enquiries or guarantee new jobs?

You answer incoming calls, emails and quote requests, and you continue to handle your customers. We manage the agreed website and profile content. Search positions, enquiries and new jobs cannot be guaranteed; advertising and ongoing SEO campaigns are separate.

YOU DO THE GRAFT. WE KEEP IT UP TO DATE.
