A CLEAR SCOPE BEFORE YOU COMMIT
The trade website package.
£299 one-off setup, then £100 per month from launch. Our fees include any applicable VAT. Provider costs for domains and mailboxes are separate.
At the published rates, setup plus 12 months of care is £1,499, before domain, mailbox and agreed extra costs. This is a cost illustration, not a statement of a minimum term. Read the full cost breakdown.
The setup
A brochure website of up to five pages, built around your supplied logo, business details, services, service areas and job photos. It includes mobile-friendly layouts, basic service and location wording, page titles, contact links, a quote form and two rounds of revisions before launch. We agree the page list and content before starting.
The monthly care
Website hosting, SSL, backup management, monthly availability and enquiry-form checks, and up to 30 minutes of small updates per month. Examples include replacing supplied photos, editing existing wording or changing a telephone number. The allowance does not roll over. Larger changes are quoted in advance.
Domains and email
We help with domain connection and matching email setup. Domain purchase, renewals, mailbox subscriptions and any other agreed paid services are charged separately at the chosen provider’s rates. Your domain is registered in your name. We confirm who pays each provider and what renews before you commit.
What is quoted separately
Additional pages, new features, redesigns, online shops, booking or payment systems, bespoke integrations, logo design, photography, ongoing SEO campaigns, paid advertising and support beyond the agreed allowance. Search rankings, traffic and enquiries are not guaranteed.
How the work starts
First, send an enquiry. We confirm your requirements, issue a written scope and price, and agree a delivery target. We aim for a first version within 7–10 working days after receiving all agreed content. Your feedback and any extra requirements can change that timing.
Before you pay
You will receive a written proposal with the agreed pages, content responsibilities, delivery target and payment schedule. It will also state the minimum term, if any, cancellation notice, what can be transferred on exit, any licence restrictions and how support requests are handled. Please review those points before accepting a proposal.
Your written agreement
Payment dates, cancellation notice, website ownership, licences, handover, responsibilities and support arrangements are set out in writing before an order is accepted. This page explains the proposed package; the enquiry form does not place an order, collect payment or create a subscription.
